It was a full day guided tour, so we covered so many beautiful locations around Kintamani and even shopped for various souvenirs and handicrafts. Our guide knew the place well and gave us some interesting facts about the places we visited. We got an amazing deal on the Ubud and Kintamani tour from Thrillophilia, and the sheer number of areas covered made it totally worth the price. We covered Ubud Palace, the Sacred Monkey Forest, a few other temples and also had lunch by Mt. Batur.

I had never seen a volcano before, but that changed during my full day tour to Ubud and Kintamani, which I booked via Thrillophilia. Even the crater lake was beautiful. The tour also included visits to the Monkey Forest, Ubud Market, Ubud King Palace, rice terraces as well as coffee plantation, where we got to taste the Luwak Coffee.
