Achra Beach

Achra Beach is among the major tourist places in Tarkarli. The beach is around 6 km from the main city. Several transportation facilities such as private cars, autos and vans are available to reach here.

Numerous temples are located on and near the beach. Among them, the temple of Lord Rameshwar, a 260-year-old shrine, is very pious according to the local belief of the natives. Compared to the other beaches in Tarkarli, Achra is a very secluded spot.
