Carry a photo ID with you, which will be needed at the time of entrance.
For private transfers, pick-up will be only from the Abu Dhabi hotel / Residence and not the airport.
The timings may also be subject to weather conditions.
All drivers must be over the age of 19 and present a valid U.A.E licence (residents) or domestic licence from their home country (non-residents).
All drivers must wear a long-sleeved shirt, full-length trousers, suitable flat-soled, closed footwear and a crash helmet with a chin strap fastened.
UAE National Dress (Abaya) is not permitted.
Any participants suspected of being unfit to drive through alcohol or drugs will not be permitted.
Smoking is not permitted within the VDA area at any time.
All speed limits within the Yas Marina Circuit venue must be strictly observed.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled experience time.
Compete against your opponent or time, fuelled by real-time score feeds.
All participants are required to digitally complete a waiver by clicking the link provided on their E-tickets. This digital waiver is mandatory for participation in any experience, and both bookings and document collection will close one hour before the scheduled arrival.
Spectators are free to watch, and participants may bring family and friends along.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 7 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
