Thrillophilia Team  Thank you for making a wonderful trip  My experience is amazing Team Thrill is well organised all the tour & well planned.

My whole experience with Thrillophillia was great for our Thailand trip. The ground staff in Phuket and Krabi Ms Pum was exceptional. She was constantly in touch with us since the moment we landed and was helping us throughout the trip. She has a good knowledge of the place and was great help. The transportation that was arranged for us was amazing throughout the trip. The operation and sales team have also been quite helpful.  Couple of suggestions, the Dinner Cruise that was arranged for us in Bangkok was for Indian cuisine which was not requested by us and was not informed while we were given the booking confirmation. Our whole trip was to enjoy a different culture and cuisine so would have been better if this was informed earlier and we could have requested a change to local or international cuisine.  Another part where I felt we could have used a bit more information was regarding the zip lining. There were options to choose from multiple platforms, but only one was provided us while providing the itinerary. It would be great to show all the options so that we could select. Also, please try and provide backup during holiday or festival seasons. I felt it was a bit difficult to reach the teams during Diwali and would have been great to have alternative contact details for inquiries. Again these are just suggestions, overall we had a great experience.

We had an excellent trip! Initially hesitant about the agency, but they arranged everything perfectly. Great guides, delicious meals, and seamless coordination. We used to get constant updates on pick up time one day before so that we could plan our routine. It was the best trip ever. The local guides were also of great help and the hotels that were booked had all the facilities and as usual the breakfast was complimentary too. First we were in touch with Shruti vishwakarma she explained everything to us and also helped us to get best premium hotels and she altered the itinerary as per our likes. Also Ravi Sharma was incredibly helpful he was only one call away always. He planned everything perfectly and also he was always available whenever I had doubt.  I would like to thank thrillophilia, Ravi Sharma and shruti vishwakarma for helping me out to get the best at my first international trip. 

The entire trip was satisfying.Me and my family had a great time in thailand relaxing and walking around the streets of thailand.The attraction was Phuket.A MUST visit place in thailand.The hotel staffs and transfers were all very friendly.A week full of fun and love among our families was the cherry on top of the cake.I shall recommend Thrillophilia to everybody who loves travelling.Thank you :)

This is the first time we travelled through Thrillophilia and it was worth it. All the arrangements were nicely done. The team suggested us good places to visit helped us with all our queries.  Special thanks to Shivam Mangal and Sourav Sharma who helped us plan this trip well. The pick up and drop and all the internal coordination at Thailand was great.  Just one suggestion if we could get the hotels slightly closer to the main market especially at Bangkok our hotel was very far from the centre. Also the drivers didn’t know English so it became difficult to do conversation with them  Otherwise all the activities included were great.  Thank you team Thrillophilia looking forward to book next trip with you soon.
