Vaiguinim Beach is a peaceful gem located 7-12 km south of Panaji. It is surrounded by silver-gold sands, coconut palms, and the turquoise Arabian Sea on one side and the lush Western Ghats cliffs on the other. This calm beach is great for swimming, sunbathing, taking romantic walks, and spending time with the family.

Visitors can do a lot of different water sports at the Cidade de Goa resort, like windsurfing, parasailing, water skiing, banana rides, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, and scooters. Many hotels have spa services, fine dining, resort cafes, lush gardens, and sea-view rooms, which combine luxury with beach access.

There aren't any real shacks on the beach, but there are some good restaurants nearby that serve Goan seafood and multi-cuisine dishes. Birdwatchers may spot over 500 local and migratory bird species in the surrounding tree cover. Come between October and March for calm seas and clear skies, which are great for watching the sun set.
