The SKYTREX Adventure in Sungai Congkak jungle is best visited in November. You will have a fantastic experience ziplining and jungle hiking at this time of year because the jungle is so lush and green from the rains of the previous months. There is a marked difference in temperature between the forest and the surrounding area early in the morning. Please respect the allotted time and arrive promptly. Rules and regulations

• To participate fully in the offered exercises, a modest level of agility, strength, and stamina may be required. SKYTREX performs a Screening Process to ascertain a client's physical fitness for the park's offered activities.
• The client's profile, health, and level of resilience will be among the factors SKYTREX considers when determining the appropriate level of difficulty for an activity. All participants must sign a "Disclaimer Form," which requires them to disclose any preexisting medical conditions they may have and affirm that they are physically capable of participating in all aspects of the programme without risk of damage. Minors need a parent or legal guardian to sign the same form for them to participate.
• Medical clearance is required for those with physical or mental restrictions before they can take part in the activities. Nevertheless, SKYTREX Adventure Sungai Congkak retains the right to refuse service to any visitor who is unable to meet its minimum health requirements.
• Participants assume all risk for damage to or loss of clothing and personal things while engaging in events or while visiting the park, and SKYTREX is not responsible in any way for such risks.
• No flip-flops or other shoes that are easy to take on and off are permitted to be worn. Shoes with good ankle support are highly suggested.
• Long hair should be restrained.
• Body piercings must be closed or covered with appropriate tape iii.
• All loose garments, hanging objects, jewellery, straps, and religious headwear must be stored in a neat and orderly fashion.
• In order to ensure the safety of all Participants, a SKYTREX Instructor will give a comprehensive safety briefing and demonstration. When a Participant cannot demonstrate sufficient competence to a SKYTREX Instructor, that participant will be removed from further activity.
• Each participant will get the following personal protective equipment: safety harness, lanyard, two carabiners, and a pulley. At all times while participating in SKYTREX activities, participants must wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by SKYTREX; no additional PPE is permitted.
• Those who aren't Participants but are still hiking through the park should pay attention to the warnings posted at exits and around prohibited areas to avoid getting hurt from a collision or the
• impact of a falling object. For the sake of safety and to minimise soil erosion, visitors who are not participating in the SKYTREX experience are asked to stay on the designated path.
• Both River Thrill and Rapid Extreme have a height and weight restriction of 110cm and 100kg, respectively.
• A parent or legal guardian must accompany any youngster under the age of 12.
