Sekumpul Waterfall

The Sekumpul Waterfalls are located in the highland section of the Buleleng district in North Bali, about an hour's drive southeast of Lovina Beach. The Sekumpul Waterfall is a picturesque cluster of six to seven thin waterfalls that serve as the focal point of a beautiful, green, bamboo-forested valley. The falls are supplied by two streams, and it is the most accessible of the area's many waterfalls. However, getting down here involves some work, as the pathways consist of dirt roads, 100+ steps, and river crossings. You may cool off and regain your breath in the midst of the lush greenery while seeing the 80-meter-high spectacular waterfall from afar. 

Further, a woodland and village walk leads down to the Sekumpul waterfalls' rock pool base. This involves descending additional steps while passing through paddy fields, mango, durian, and coffee plantations. The Sekumpul Waterfall is located in North Bali and it is about 2.5 hours drive from the Ubud city center and about 1 hour drive from Singaraja. The best way to reach the waterfall would be by taking a rental scooter or by hiring a private car. You can park the scooter at the parking lot and then continue the rest of the distance hiking. Walking from the parking lot to the waterfalls will take around 3 hours, and it will be one of your best treks because you will be passing through stunning natural splendor.
