One of Phuket's most stunning beaches is this calm and picturesque beach in the south of the island. The pure sea is ideal for swimming and snorkeling, and the beautiful sands are surrounded on two sides by thick rainforest-covered hills. When planning a Thailand trip from India, this tranquil haven offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty and recreational opportunities for an unforgettable holiday experience.
Nai Harn is a favorite attraction with residents, and as a result, it has a more domestic feel than other destinations. It is famed for its serenity and tranquility, it is within a short distance from lively nightlife areas like Patong.
Much of the land in this area is owned by the Samnak Song Nai Harn Monastery, which is located immediately below the seashore. It is still inhabited by monks, and if you get up early enough, you can observe local peasants paying respects and offering food. If you're going inside, dress correctly and remember to remove your shoes at the entrance.
Sun loungers and parasols can be rented for the day if you want to relax on the beach. Between November and May, the sea is warm and tranquil, making for comfortable swimming. The waves are higher at other times of the year, making them ideal for bodyboarding. If surfing is more your thing, travel to the beach's southern end, where you'll find a permanent sandbank.
