- Appropriate swimwear is required for participating in all Dolphin interaction programs. Please ask your tour guide for more information.
- Restrictions on additional height and age mainly apply for Dolphin Introduction Programs.
- Guests should take shower prior to entering the Dolphin pool.
- Still photography or video recording is not allowed. There will be an appointed photographer to take photos of your experience.
- Any kind of accessories, loose fitting garments and elaborate or excessive nail art are not permitted to be worn or carried along with you during the dolphin interaction programs. You will be provided small lockers to keep your belongings safe.
- All programs were subjected to change due to instrument weather for the safety of guests and team members.
- Guests are not supposed to carry food and beverages from outside into Dolphin Island.
- Checking of bags of guests will be conducted prior to their entry to the Dolphin Island
