• Pre-book your tickets to District 21 because it is one of KL's most popular attractions, and tickets sell out rapidly.
• Purchase your ticket online to be eligible for discounts and special offers.
• Adhere to all safety precautions, instructions, and expert recommendations while riding for your safety.
• Shoes are not permitted on the premises, so bring non-slip socks and gloves with you or rent them from the venue.
• Check the weight and height limits before participating in any activities or attractions, as each ride has its own restrictions.
• Keep an eye on your kids and ensure that they are properly wearing their safety equipment. 
• A youngster under the height of 90cm gets free entry. All kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.

By Bus: Bus lines 502 and SPG4 stop at Terminal Bas IOI City Mall (Sp292), which is the closest bus station, the mall is within a 5-minute walk from the bus station. 

By Car: Drive your own car or hire a taxi, the IOI City Mall is 42 kilometers from KL city center, and it takes about 40 minutes to get there. If you're coming from the KL international airport, the route is around 38.9 kilometers long and takes about 42 minutes to complete. 

By Train: From KL Sentral, take the KLIA Transit train to Putrajaya Sentral, which is 12 min away from each other. Then, from Putrajaya Sentral, take a taxi or a bus to District 21 to cover the remaining 11 km.
