Cedar Creek fall is a natural tropical rainforest that is a mere 30 minutes away from Airlie Beach towards Proserpine. If you want to grab a quick bite you can head to Busy Bees Nursery that is close to the Saltwater Creek Turnoff where a small Cafe stands called The Hive. It has quite a few varieties of snacks and beverages or you can head down to Conway Beach where stands a 50s-inspired diner called George's Diner that serves delicious meals with nice tunes in the background. 

Cedar Creek Falls has a nice little trail which is great for a little hike or just simply walking, the trail is relatively easy and takes about 35 to 40 minutes to complete. It is highly unlikely that you will find anyone else on this hike or you can just go down for a little dip in the chilly crystalline waters in the creek. Cedar Creek Falls is perfect for families as it is both safe and fun to visit where you listen to the soothing sound of whooshing leaves and chirping birds making it a nice break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

• There is a relatively easy trail at the Cedar Creek Falls that is very good for photography and a little hiking. The trail takes approximately 35 minutes to complete and has little to no crowd in it.
