Banashankari Amma Temple

Banashankari Amma Temple is one of the famous Hindu temples in Karnataka, where millions of devotees come and offer their prayers, food items, etc. to the Goddess. During Rahukala, the deities perform special events as they consider it as inauspicious time.

The entire place is crowded every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday because those are the most auspicious days. So tourists are advised to plan their visit accordingly.

Timings: It’s open from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm. The pooja timings are different on each day
