About Alleppey Lighthouse

The lighthouse features a 30-metre-high cylindrical tower with a balcony and lantern. It was constructed using laterite stones and teak. Climb up the lighthouse through a 100-step wooden staircase. At the top, enjoy scenic views of the rumbling waves of the Arabian Sea and sunset

Inside the museum, you can see old things like oil lamps and new-age equipment like radar beacons and GPS-based systems. It is a fun place to learn about the history of the lighthouse and the area.
